Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All bookings at La Capella Estate are subject to a strict cancellation policy. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all reservations. This booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, or unforeseen events.

A further 50% of the total booking value is due 90 days prior to the scheduled event date, with the remaining balance payable no later than 30 days prior to the event.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable booking fee.

• Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.

All payments made are non-refundable to the extent outlined above. La Capella Estate reserves the right to enforce these terms to recover any outstanding amounts due under this policy.

This policy is designed to account for the significant planning, preparation, and opportunity costs associated with reserving the venue and services.
