Competition: The Ultimate Romantic Escape Giveaway

1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Dynamic Revenue Management Pty Ltd trading as La Capella Estate (the “Promoter”), based in New South Wales, Australia.

 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Competition Period

• The competition commences on Monday, 11 May 2026 and will run for a period of three (3) months, closing at 11:59pm AEST on 11 August 2026.

• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

 

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

• Like the official competition post

• Share the competition post

• Submit an entry via the official La Capella Estate website entry form

Entries that do not complete all required steps will be deemed invalid.

 

5. Entry Limits

• Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

• Multiple entries from the same individual (including the use of multiple email addresses or identities) may be deemed invalid at the discretion of the Promoter.

 

6. Prize Details
The winner will receive:

• A 2-night romantic midweek escape at La Capella Estate, including romantic styling and a private chef experience

 

Total prize pool value: $5,000 AUD

 

7. Prize Conditions

• All prize components are valid for midweek stays only.

• Bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged with the Promoter.

• The prize is not valid during peak periods, including public holidays and long weekends.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• Travel and any additional expenses are not included unless stated.

 

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible website entries received before the competition closing date.

• The draw will take place on 12 August 2026 at 375 Hermitage Road, Pokolbin NSW 2320.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and at random.

• The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the draw.

• The winner must respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

9. Redraw

• If required, a redraw will take place on 15 September 2026 at the same location as the original draw.

 

10. Public Announcement

• By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter publicly announcing their name on social media and marketing channels if selected as the winner.

 

11. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must claim the prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter at the time of notification.

• If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

 

12. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
